Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Information Technology leadership in applications architecture and development.
• 5+ years experience managing outsource vendors and internal staff.
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional development teams.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing policy adherence.
• Technical financial and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of Business Process Re-Engineering, Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development, maintenance, and performance of investment applications.
• Manage relationships with vendors for Investment Strategy and Accounting.
• Own escalation of technology issues related to investment applications.
• Oversee Investments Technical Architecture and automation capabilities.
• Translate Investments BU roadmaps into technology initiatives.
• Lead internal and external development teams for service delivery.
• Oversee solutions delivery including planning and quality assurance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop RFPs, review proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely and quality project delivery, aligning with security and compliance guidelines.
