Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or a related degree, or equivalent experience.
• ASA and MAAA certifications; FSA preferred.
• 5+ years of actuarial experience with progressively more responsibility focusing on Fixed Indexed Annuities and/or Registered Index Linked Annuities.
• Experience within an Actuarial product development function.
• Strong understanding of product, pricing, capital utilization, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with GGY AXIS or similar actuarial modeling software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with product leadership to deliver Annuity products from concept to implementation.
• Conduct preliminary pricing to inform product concept development.
• Evaluate product features and collaborate with teams for understanding of design implications.
• Price products, conduct risk analysis, and create pricing memorandums for approval.
• Create product specifications and support the handoff to the Implementation team.
• Understand profitability, capital utilization, and risk for informed decisions.
• Build pricing models and ensure model governance.
• Develop team engagement and support a risk-aware culture.
• Enhance processes for repeatability and scalability.
