Requirements:
  • Demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through BS with 4+ years of experience or MS with 3+ years of experience.
  • Highly skilled and proficient, conducts complex work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in Developer Enablement, CI/CD concepts and tools, version control systems (Git), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Linux platforms (Ubuntu, CentOS), test automation principles, and high-level/scripting languages (C++, Python, bash, groovy).
  • Experience with build automation tools (CMake, Cppcheck, Clang-Tidy) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with industrial coding standards (MISRA, AUTOSAR).
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for ensuring consistent delivery of critical projects that align with company objectives.
  • Analyze and communicate product initiatives to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Break down product initiatives into department-level quarterly plans.
  • Create and maintain effective communication across all product development teams.
  • Build relationships with technical subject matter experts.
  • Develop a balanced product development backlog.
  • Present quarterly plans for evaluation and approval by engineering leadership.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to track progress and resolve dependencies.
  • Set clear, actionable development team workloads and monitor their status.
  • Provide feedback to team members and create a motivating team environment.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
