Requirements:

• Earned a terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research or Community College.
• 1+ year experience in teaching and leadership within formal educational settings.
• Demonstrated experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships.
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Relate directly to students and handle instructional responsibilities to enhance the learning experience.
• Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment, responding to student inquiries promptly.
• Ensure high-quality course delivery by reviewing content and functionality.
• Provide feedback on assignments and synthesize student performance data.
