• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training including online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and damages.
• Establishes accurate claim and expense reserves.
• Negotiates claim settlements within authority limits.
• Maintains diary system and manages file inventory for timely resolution.
