Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required; valid passport preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training including online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training.
• Handles 1st party property claims, establishing scope of damages and utilizing estimates.
• Investigates claims to determine coverage, damages, and liability.
• Negotiates claims settlements within authority limits and writes denial letters.
• Meets quality standards and maintains required claim file activities.
• Provides excellent customer service and manages claims efficiently.
