Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of field sales experience in the technology/software industry.
  • At least 10+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven track record of excellence in sales, exceeding quotas and generating growth.
  • Experience with $150k+ ARR SaaS deals.
  • Startup sales experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work on complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications, with specific focus on CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration, chat, or enterprise social.
  • Superior communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and team-oriented business values.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals.
  • Build 4X pipeline to ensure successful achievement of ARR targets.
  • Create quarterly forecasts and contribute to sales meetings.
  • Articulate path to closure for all deals.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment with key client stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals to articulate the value proposition and ROI metrics.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
  • Learn and apply defined sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
