Principal, NetSuite Consultant (Remote)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, with 8+ full life cycle implementations.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
• Background in finance/accounting, supply chain, and consulting.
• Ability to design solutions using SuiteCloud tools.
• Familiarity with data migration and cutover procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite.
• Advocate for the client during engagements.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, and future state design.
• Configure systems, draft requirements, and create flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage project scope, lead testing activities and training.
• Define data migration strategy, support post-go-live.
• Lead project management activities including status meetings and change control.
