Requirements:

• Must hold an active New York Hearing Aid Dispenser License.
• 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients, preferably using remote fitting software.
• Availability during weekday business hours and ability to cover rotating weekends.
• Passionate, caring, and empathetic with a focus on client care.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Use clinical expertise to gather case history and interpret hearing tests.
• Determine hearing aid candidacy and build rapport with clients.
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video.
• Train clients with little exposure to technology on using tele-health services.
