Responsibilities:
- Deliver amazing service to members via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate and guide members to understand and utilize their benefits.
- Assist members in finding the right healthcare provider.
- Follow best practices for handling member inquiries.
- Manage workload using Garner’s platform, including Zendesk and G Suite.
- Triag urgent member care needs and escalate when necessary.
- Relay member feedback to leadership to improve services.
