Requirements:

• Overall 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong base in Golang, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Go, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD.
• Experience with micro web frameworks like Springboot or Gin/Mux.
• Experience working with microservice architectures and distributed environments.
• Exposure to building RESTful APIs with monitoring and fault tolerance.
• Familiarity with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, Redis, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with ElasticSearch and ESB like Camel or ActiveMQ.
• DevOps experience and proficiency with the AWS stack.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal guidance.
• Adaptability to changing requirements in a fluid environment.
• Experience in large-scale data systems in production environments.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is optional.
• Contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
• Strong drive for continued growth and proficiency in English.
• Experience with Web3 is optional.

• Running and maintaining Cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluating technologies and influencing architecture discussions.
• Mentoring junior engineers, performing code reviews, and managing system monitoring.
• Writing documentation and creating engineering processes.
• Helping drive KPIs and taking ownership of backend systems.
• Assisting with unit tests and QA processes.
• Scaling engineering teams and systems to support millions of users.
