Requirements:

• Associates Computer and Information Science required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide alternative solutions.
• Understanding of Truss plant operations and management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management to guide the development of the software.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify potential clients for software deployment.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to provide training and deployment assistance.
• Train customers on software usage.
• Assist in installation, system configuration, and feature usage.
