Requirements:

• 2+ years of pre-sales/post-sales engineering, strategy, management, or technology consulting experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer relationship building role, such as Customer Success Manager.
• Proficient in APIs and familiar with SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Technically and analytically curious, demonstrating a perpetual learning mindset.
• Reliable and resilient team player with a start-up mentality for managing priorities.
• Generative AI implementation experience considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to uncover requirements and challenges.
• Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to provide solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations to various organizational levels, including C-suite.
• Build custom product demos that capture Ada’s Automation-First value.
• Scope and design integrations into customers' technology stack.
• Support pre-sales to meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Assist customers during implementation and go-live phases.
• Support post-sales to retain and expand existing client accounts.
• Drive adoption and increase automated resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing for feedback and improvement.
