Workday Financials Consultant

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience with Workday implementations or Post Production support.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials and at least one additional module.
• Ability to lead full project lifecycle from scoping to go-live.
• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for clients across multiple Financials modules.
• Conduct client sessions to gather and analyze business needs.
• Lead medium to high complexity projects without supervision.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Manage project scope, quality, and timelines.
• Contribute to knowledge management and innovate Workday deployment methods.
