• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Results-oriented mindset with over 3 years of managing IT operations teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience on a geographically distributed team, fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create a culture for productive technology use.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to support business needs.
• Work with the People Team to enhance team member experience with technology.
• Ensure IT policies and best practices in collaboration with security teams.
• Manage IT operations staff and vendors, providing leadership and coaching.
• Create and manage the technology budget.
• Maintain operational systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Identify emerging technologies and innovate within the organization.
• Stay updated on IT trends, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Oversee ticket distribution and provide support for global and local issues.
