Responsibilities:

• Process authorizations and claims, including daily payments.
• Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues.
• Review, analyze, and interpret data related to the financial health of the business.
• Suggest process improvements and optimizations for the revenue cycle process.
• Implement strategies to manage claims denials and collect outstanding payments timely.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations team members to achieve company OKRs.
• Work with the Engineering team to identify and implement technological solutions for operational efficiency.
