Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven experience in managing the full-cycle/360 recruitment process.
• Previous remote work experience no less than 1 year is non-negotiable.
• Fully-equipped home-office setup with back-up power and good internet speed.
• Solid understanding of ATS systems.
• Excellent business development and account management skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation/sourcing leads and signing up companies (B2B).
• Proven success in ongoing candidate placements.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets and delivering excellent service.
• Experience in utilising existing leads.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle/360 recruitment from sourcing leads to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, vet candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction from initial contact to placement.
