Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a US Medical AR Specialist.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes and familiarity with various insurance plans.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills, including proficiency with medical billing software.
• Must be amenable to working in any US time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables and maintain up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies for claim submission and follow-up.
• Generate revenue by arranging payments, collecting accounts, and monitoring delinquent accounts.
• Handle denied claims and appeal if necessary.
• Secure outstanding balance payments for employee care and verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and respond to patient inquiries regarding accounts.
