ServiceNow Developer & DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB), scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom workflows.
• Automate processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and configure Service Catalog and portals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Set up and maintain containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and provide operational support.
