Requirements:

• BS degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant medical device sales experience.
• Experience in sales leadership and launching disruptive technology.
• Previous operating room experience with fluoroscopy and endoscopy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sell into hospitals and surgery centers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership for sales strategies and direction.
• Recruit and lead territory sales professionals to meet growth plans.
• Set expectations for regional sales teams and manage resources.
• Develop commercial strategies and track team performance metrics.
• Establish customer relationships to increase product adoption.
• Participate in tradeshows and maintain administrative responsibilities.
