Requirements:

• BS degree with minimum 10 years of relevant medical device sales experience.
• Successful track record in leading teams within medical devices.
• Experience in launching disruptive technology and urology is preferred.
• Operating room experience with fluoroscopy and endoscopy is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep experience working with hospitals and ASCs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all commercial activity in the South Central Area (Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas).
• Develop and grow the Calyxo business by engaging urologists and gaining facility approvals.
• Partner with Market Access to ensure patient access to Calyxo products.
• Hire, develop, and lead sales team members to achieve business objectives.
• Create sales strategies, maintain relationships with decision makers, and participate in relevant tradeshows.
• Conduct all activities in a compliant and ethical manner.
