• Scrum Fundamentals Certified.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, delivering complex IT projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Foster communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for projects.
