Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading sales consulting teams, ideally in software, sports, or related industries with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching, developing, and team management.
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving complex technology, business, and integration issues.
  • Experience working with senior executives both internally and at prospects and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for recruiting, performance, and development of business and solutions consultants in North America.
  • Support sales in selling named new accounts and client success in renewing key clients.
  • Design and deliver workshops, assessments, and strategies directly to prospects and customers.
  • Act as an industry expert by researching industry trends and best practices.
  • Own, nurture, and grow strategic technical partnerships across the sports technology space.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to represent customer needs.
