• Demonstrable experience supporting FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, SOC2, or similar governance frameworks.
• Ability to research and stay updated on security trends and regulations.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills to work across departments effectively.
• Innovative thinker who can secure networks while enabling business operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCSP, or related.

Responsibilities:

• Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
• Protects systems by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
• Conducts periodic audits to identify security violations and inefficiencies.
• Creates and maintains information security policies and procedures to protect physical and cloud enterprise systems.
• Maintains all security tools and technology.
• Implements new security technologies while managing budget and risks.
• Conducts training sessions to foster a culture of security awareness.
• Assesses existing vulnerabilities and safeguards the company.
• Implements procedures for auditing and addressing non-compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Details out a security incident response program.
