Product Manager (Dialer)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS products to market
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to distill complex requirements into easy-to-understand features for delivery
• Experience in creating, refining, and scoping requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to develop and articulate written requirements and feature documentation
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, features, and defects
• Use data to drive decisions and evaluate product success
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in integrating telephony solutions including VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, or other dialer systems
• Knowledge of FCC regulations, TCPA, GDPR, and DNC lists
• Understanding of call monitoring and compliance policies
• Familiarity with key performance indicators for sales teams
• Experience managing third-party telephony vendors and ensuring API integration

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, user research, marketing, sales) to deliver impactful product features
• Define product roadmaps that align with business goals
• Prioritize, manage and effectively communicate product requirements and customer value
• Stay informed on market trends and customer needs
