Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Auto-Insurance Coverage.
• Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to the practice.
• Commitment to complete Skin Clique training.
• Demonstrate safe, effective administration of treatments.
• Proficient fine motor skills for performing aesthetic procedures.
• Preferred experience in patient acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other providers.
• Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver treatments directly to patients at their homes or other locations.
• Promote Skin Clique's services and products to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Conduct thorough treatment and skincare consultations.
• Administer Skin Clique treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
• Educate patients on services and provide aftercare instructions.
• Monitor follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to patient questions and concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high sanitation standards.
• Keep detailed records of all treatments in the electronic medical record system.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by upholding core values.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and virtual staff meetings.
