Requirements:

• Computer science (or related field) degree, full stack bootcamp certification, or comparable experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and core computer science concepts covered in technical interviews.
• Familiarity with technical interview processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work through shifting priorities.
• Experience teaching in an educational, volunteer, or work setting, particularly in online environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teach online class sessions of approximately 300-450 college students.
• Review course material and plan for engaging lessons using CodePath curriculum.
• Work with the Program Manager to oversee the course and coordinate with co-instructors.
• Participate in onboarding syncs to prepare for effective teaching.
• Use student feedback to implement course improvements and meet program KPIs.
