• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Clickup, Zoom, Klaviyo, Shopify, Privy, Justuno, Postscript, and Recart is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Implement emails, SMS, push notifications, and popups using tools like Klaviyo, Omnisend, and others.
• Create lists, segments, A/B testing, personalization, tracking, and campaigns.
• Quality check deliverables for errors and ensure timely completion.
• Document processes and conduct weekly audits of accounts.
• Report to management regularly and collaborate with the team to enhance client performance.
