Requirements:

• Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, and communicating and debating the answer with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis.
• 5-7 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field with a record of strong academic performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L for the credit limit increase program dedicated to customers who have been with Mission Lane for more than a year.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to their full potential.
• Optimize account management strategies in response to customer behavior and changing marketplace conditions.
• Develop a roadmap to advance the credit limit increase program for company growth.
• Engage regularly with senior management to articulate the strategy and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data science, engineering, and capital markets.
