Senior Litigation Counsel

Requirements:

• A commitment to adding to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Solid understanding of litigation, employment law, and contractual principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional and jurisdictional litigation.
• Experience advising employers or legal partners on employment practices and policies.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a broad range of litigation matters, focusing on first amendment and employment law in partnership with outside counsel.
• Collaborate and assist the company by providing advice on subpoenas and various litigation matters.
• Counsel on issues arising during employment, including recruitment, employment contracts, ethics, discrimination, and HR compliance.
• Provide litigation support in cases, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise on policy creation to support HR functions.
• Balance legal risks with business impact through creative problem-solving.
