Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is preferred.
7+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years in sales or field market access.
Proven performance in Specialty Pharmacy markets and understanding of reimbursement for treatments.
Experience selling physician-administered products and ability to autonomously find business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Educate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about Braeburn’s products and access resources.
Ensure HCPs are informed about clinical information and access procedures for decision-making.
Achieve sales objectives and ensure product access by managing accounts and resolving reimbursement issues.
Collaborate with internal partners and continuously engage with customers to meet their needs.
