Requirements:
  • Willing to work 100% FTE over 5 days per week.
  • Graduate of a state-accredited MD or DO residency program.
  • Current board certification in family or internal medicine.
  • Current Massachusetts medical license required, with eligibility for a license in all 50 states.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 100% FTE primary care to a diverse patient population in a complete virtual setting.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess medical concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Oversee Nurse Practitioner collaborative practice agreements and serve as the physician supervisor.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of evidence-based clinical programs.
  • Serve as an educator and clinical consultant to Firefly colleagues.
  • Take home call on a predictable schedule for urgent health needs.
  • Maintain adherence to Firefly best practices and policies.
