Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, ideally with React and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong focus on the impact of the final product rather than just code quality.
• Experience in collaborating on A/B tests or related experiments.
• Understanding of user-centered design and user behavior.
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases, particularly Postgres.
• A motivation for personal and professional growth, along with a flexible and pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop with skills across the full stack including React, Ruby on Rails, and CSS.
