Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Business Degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 5+ years of sales or market access experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System.
• Experience with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting in integrated health systems.
• Understanding of reimbursement for physician-administered treatments is required.
• Proven sales performance and product launch experience in specialty markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and create opportunities within key accounts in criminal justice and federal systems.
• Engage with customers to identify educational opportunities.
• Ensure patient access at Federal Prisons, State Departments of Corrections, local jails, and Veterans Affairs.
• Execute business development strategies to meet business objectives.
• Provide account management and strategic planning for assigned accounts.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies.
