• Excellent presentation skills for managing senior-level client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the development team, leading product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to define and manage product data strategies.
• Lead discovery phases with clients to define project scope and guide decisions.
• Structure and facilitate workshops and research activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain product plans and ensure the backlog reflects requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in ecommerce, OMS, and headless CMS.
• Prepare and maintain product requirements documents with attention to detail.
• Manage trade-offs on complex requirements for successful delivery.
• Share knowledge on progress and growth opportunities with leadership.
• Guide clients through digital transformation roadmaps.
• Define and standardize new processes and procedures.
