Requirements:
  • Five Years of Customer Centric Operations Management experience REQUIRED, ideally in healthcare delivery setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in customer experience, project management, and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification required (PMP).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and own essential programs for L&D, experience quality management, WFM protocols, and KPI establishment.
  • Foster a team-centered culture and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Analytics, and Account Management.
  • Implement workflows for program delivery with the Director of Case Management.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound calls for continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Develop and manage the budget and resources for the member services department.
  • Create strategies to enhance member satisfaction and develop reporting on care team activities.
