• 3+ years of technical project management or relevant experience.
• Client-facing experience within a professional services or agency setting.
• Experience leading Agile design and development projects.
• Expertise in managing project plans, budgets, and expenses.
• Risk management proficiency with the ability to continuously mitigate risks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams.
• Understanding of B2C e-commerce and retail business operations.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).

Responsibilities:
