Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Excellent follow-through and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable shooting on camera and being featured in social ads.
• High energy for daily video production.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Outstanding communication skills and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Staying current on weekly IG Reels/TikTok video trends and executing relevant concepts.
• Ideating, planning, shooting, and editing 8-10 short-form videos weekly for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capturing content in person for paid and organic use, working closely with the founder.
• Attending local events to capture needed content.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on campaign-specific content.
• Creating and testing new recipe content with herbal formulas.
• Editing videos and photos from influencers as needed.
