Requirements:

• High-School Graduate or GED Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desired.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with C-suite executives.
• 3 years minimum experience using Salesforce.
• 2 years minimum experience in SMB, OEM, and distribution management.
• Experience in the network, database, or software industries is a plus.
• Technical training and network certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of the SMB/OEM/Distribution channel.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage regional representative firms.
• Support OEM reader partners and facilitate sales efforts.
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Implement sales techniques to increase sales volume.
• Conduct seminars and participate in trade shows.
• Provide technical guidance and perform conflict resolution.
