Requirements:

  • Proven track record of mentoring team members to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers and foster collaboration.
  • Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs aligned with the company's mission.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and other teams for cohesive GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with GVPs for alignment of enablement initiatives with sales strategies.
  • Oversee development of impactful sales enablement content.
