Requirements:

• You bring 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in the logistics sector, with a proven track record of success in handling complex sales processes.
• You must be fluent in both German and English, and live within the assigned territory in Germany.
• Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• You’re naturally goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and surpassing commercial targets.
• You excel at cultivating strong relationships with customers at all levels.
• You’re a supportive, collaborative team player who values teamwork and isn’t afraid to seek help when needed.
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating CRM systems—experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
