Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in project management or relevant field.
• Preferred experience in Loan/Mortgage or Legal industry.
• 100% fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Must have own laptop or desktop.

Responsibilities:

• Develop communications, policies, procedures, and reporting for Legal departments.
• Lead and manage a team of Business Management Analysts.
• Collaborate closely with Legal departments to streamline processes.
• Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work with HR for optimal staffing and reporting recommendations.
• Monitor progress, oversee implementation, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Create documents and handle reporting and financial matters.
• Meet project deadlines and mitigate risks effectively.
