Requirements:

• Proven track record of shipping user-facing products with 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience in B2B2C on a large-scale marketplace or ecommerce product, ideally mobile-focused.
• Strong leadership in product teams, continually improving team culture.
• Experience in iterative, experiment-driven approaches and making impactful bets.
• Curiosity about product technologies and a focus on user experience.
• Deep understanding of data and analytics tools for insight-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong decision-making skills with balanced data and intuitive insights.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a roadmap of small, medium, and large product initiatives in checkout, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
• Lead product and feature development end-to-end, owning the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics on execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to inform the product roadmap.
• Make product decisions backed by data and user insight.
• Mentor fellow product team members and enhance product culture.
• Act as an ambassador for the product vertical within the company.
