Requirements:

• 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom.
• Experience with project management software such as Salesforce or ClickUp.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to getting the job done.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts.
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to create insightful reports.
• Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively interact with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals.
• Complete marketing recap reports for clients.
• Review marketing campaign performance with clients and advise on strategic recommendations.
• Communicate weekly with clients via phone and email.
• Assist Senior Client Success Managers with large accounts and partnerships.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and ensure client satisfaction.
