• Expertise in the ServiceTitan ecosystem; ServiceTitan Certified Administrator preferred.
• Understanding of DNI and call tracking and reporting.
• Effective multitasking and priority management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to set up and maintain client’s ServiceTitan software.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Assist end-users with ServiceTitan configuration and issues.
• Lead integration projects between ServiceTitan and other reporting solutions.
• Manage DNI configuration on websites and landing pages.
• Ensure efficient data migration and swift adoption.
• Integrate with GA/GTM and troubleshoot conflicting scripts.
• Review data accuracy in ServiceTitan and legacy systems.
• Track KPIs related to integration and data integrity.
