Requirements:

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care preferred.
High-speed internet is required, along with strong technology skills and typing competency.
Must complete three weeks of remote paid training and work scheduled shifts on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote hospice triage support to patients, managing calls in a fast-paced environment with empathetic communication.
Document patient information using various technology applications according to established protocols.
Adhere to training and ongoing education requirements while maintaining a HIPAA-compliant workspace.
