Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of previous technical and consultative sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years successful sales background in networks, client/server knowledge related to CCTV/video surveillance, Point-of-Sales devices, or retail services.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling to large enterprise accounts, preferably in banking and retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on information.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies targeting prospects and customers to drive adoption of March Networks solutions.
  • Create account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory.
  • Nurse and develop existing key accounts for continued product adoption.
  • Maintain prospect and customer records for sales forecasts and market analysis.
  • Analyze customer calls in CRM and provide information for product manuals.
  • Increase industry knowledge through trade publications.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed.
  • Continuously learn about March Networks products and competitive offerings.
  • Assess the ROI of sales activities and submit reports on sales activity and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering and cooperate with other departments.
