Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in using Sales Navigator, Gong, and Salesforce; experience with LeadIQ is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with Vidyard’s top company priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for skill gaps and create action plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams for alignment in messaging.
  • Create and maintain engaging training materials for thoughtful discovery conversations.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools to improve efficiency and manage key vendor relationships.
  • Ensure teams have access to current sales collateral, competitive information, and product documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek feedback to refine enablement programs.
