Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with UX/UI design and graphics design across 2+ products.
• Experience using or designing B2B and cybersecurity products.
• Proven track record in delivering full product lifecycle from planning to shipping.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on crafting perfect UX.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Self-managing and effective in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build deep understanding of current and prospective users. Study UX of competing and adjacent products.
• Create shared design language and UX principles for all products. Experiment with innovative UX concepts.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product team to prioritize UX investments and create detailed designs.
• Conduct usability tests to measure users’ experiences and gather insights for product planning.
