Enrollment Specialist - Part Time

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability, specifically over the phone.
• Interest in performing high-volume, high-quality patient outreach daily.
• Previous experience working in a clinical setting (i.e., hospital, doctor’s office, health center, etc.).
• Cold-calling experience (preferred).
• A valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Daily patient outreach and engagement through Phamily and phone calls.
• Ongoing communication and coordination with client care teams and providers.
• Diligent record-keeping of patient interactions.
• Ad-hoc projects to help improve the patient coordination process.
• Daily coordination with the Customer Success team to enable increased customer benefit.
